Make self-service the default
Better owned by users than by us.
Many inventory maintenance tasks are currently handled internally or through account managers, but are better owned by users who have more context. The goal is to shift these to users directly.
Make every number explainable
No more second-guessing.
Users should be able to take any number from a disclosure and understand exactly what it means — the evidence behind it, the assumptions made, and the data quality. We want to eliminate second-guessing entirely.
